About

I first discovered yoga while working in a demanding role in the City and was impressed by the sense of calm, wellbeing and mental resilience it fostered. As a lifetime lover of dance, I was drawn to the Vinyasa Flow style, with its graceful sequences set to music and a strong focus on the breath.

After over ten years of consistent practice, and multiple teacher trainings, I decided to combine my passion for teaching yoga and meditation with my corporate background, to create an accessible offering for office workers and busy professionals. My clients range from large London corporates, to start-ups and individuals.

For me there’s no better feeling than sharing the practices I love with others and seeing them experience the benefits. It’s a joy to watch my students grow more flexible, strong and confident in their bodies, as well as cultivating a kinder, and more accepting attitude towards themselves and others.
