It is an ongoing lesson, and the essence of what I share when I teach. That there’s no rush, no end goal or target, other than self-awareness.
When I decided to train as a yoga teacher I wanted simply to learn and advance my own practice. But I soon found myself teaching colleagues, offering stretches for sore backs, breathwork to improve sleep and meditation exercises to focus. It felt good to help, and I saw firsthand the benefits that practical and accessible yoga and meditation could have in the workplace. The idea for my company took root.
Since 2017, I’ve worked with businesses in London and beyond, guiding others in Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork so that they too might experience a greater sense of clarity, growth and connection.
I believe we hold within our bodies our own best teacher. If we slow down and pay attention, we just might hear its guidance.
