Contemporary lifestyles, particularly in big cities like London, are fast-paced. With no time to slow down and reflect, many individuals are feeling a growing sense of disconnection from themselves and from others, and in the worst-case scenarios, anxiety and burnout.

Recent studies have shown that yoga and meditation can help. When practiced regularly, they equip us with the resilience to handle life’s ups and downs.

I work with a wide variety of companies providing wellbeing classes and innovative events to boost the physical, mental and emotional health of their employees, and promote more meaningful connection.

The driving force behind any organisation is the hard work, creativity and enthusiasm of its people. But for individuals to perform at their best, they need to feel their best, and businesses are facing an increasingly complex set of challenges when it comes to the health of their workforce.

Whether working within the framework of an existing wellbeing programme or helping to launch new initiatives, I design and deliver events, classes and courses tailored to each company’s unique needs.

I operate as a boutique. I limit the number of clients I work with each year. This strategy allows me to offer those I partner with a truly bespoke service and to do what I love - teach.
