Which Class is For Me?

Athletic and fun, a physically energising form of yoga that sculpts, stretches and hones every muscle in the body. This faster-paced style combines a focus on the breath with flowing poses and sequences to bring mind and body into balance.

Slower and more meditative, a yin practice is the perfect complement to a fast-paced life or intense workouts. Poses are held for up to 8 minutes for deep stretching of the body’s connective tissues, joints and fascia.

Gentle and calming, meditation will help you to press pause and create some mental space. Guided practices include breath awareness, body scanning and visualisations, which can all help to counter stress, regulate emotions and improve concentration when practiced regularly.
