Working 1 - 1 allows you to personalise the yoga and meditation practice to your needs, interests and schedule.

It supports learning at a pace that is right for you and allows you to try out more challenging poses or exercises in a safe space.

Private classes also provide an opportunity to ask the questions there are never time for in a group class and ask for focused feedback.

Work on Your Goals

My one to one classes are suitable for everyone, no matter your level of experience. I will create a bespoke plan for you, designed to help you progress and reach your goals.

Private classes can centre around:

  • Alignment

  • Movement flows and transitions

  • Building strength, flexibility and mobility

  • Developing a meditation practice

  • Relaxation and techniques to cope with stress

  • Cultivating a yoga self-practice

  • And more…

Prices start from £40 online/£60 in person. Monthly packages available.
